What are your hours of operation?
Q'dance is open by appointment only. We are closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
How do I register?
Pre-registration is required for all students. The best way to register is online securely through the website in the month prior to the start of your class. We start our 4 week group class series at the beginning of each month. While you can drop in and pay cash for a single class anytime, the group classes are progressive so if you start at the beginning of the month, you will learn the material in an organized order. This approach appeals to many dancers.
How do I make payment for services?
New Private Lesson Students should pay in full through the website at the time of scheduling to hold the date and the instructor. New Group Class students may pay online or by cash or check in person on the first day of class. Please do call us if you plan to pay at the door. We only run group classes for 6 students or more and classes without pre-registration are subject to cancelation.
I want to pay by check. How do I make it out?
Studio Q'dance is a division of Studio Q'd. Please make all checks out to Studio Q'd.
I have to miss one of my group class sessions. Can I do a makeup?
Yes. You can do a makeup class in the first class of the month following the month when you missed the session. The makeup class session does not have to be in the same dance style as the missed class, just a class at the appropriate level for you. If we don't offer a class that is right for your makeup we will credit the session to apply to one of our special workshops or a private lesson purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Nope. We are pretty sure you won't want one but if for some reason the class isn't right for you, we are happy to offer a pro rated credit toward the cost of a private lesson and we will give you a year to apply the credit too.
How do I cancel or reschedule my private lesson appointment?
If you call 48 hours before your appointment time we will cancel or reschedule you at no charge. Please remember your cancelation will be recorded as a credit for services for the full amount of your lesson to be applied to services or given as a gift within the period of one year. No refunds will be issued. Please call us 48 hours in advance. We want you to be happy and do not want you to lose the cost of the lesson.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer a 10 percent discount to full-time educators and members of any of the performing arts unions with the presentation of official ID. Discounts offered by Studio Q'dance may not be combined with promotions or specials offered on any of the partner sites where we may choose to advertise. We offer deep discounts to full time University students. Please inquire about your rates.
Do your gift certificates have any restrictions?
Please note all gift certificates and private lesson packages have expirations dates.
Gift certificates must be used within 1 year of purchase, three lesson packages must be used within 6 weeks of purchase and a 10 lesson package must be used within 3 months of purchase.
